Meet Killer Queen Black Community Caster, kangarus

Meet kangarus, you’d never guess this streamer is fresh to the KQB casting scene! Having started casting for IGL’s Fall Circuit 2020, you can catch kangarus co-casting with her friends and teammates, Grass and RONSTER!

We wanted to know more, here’s what kangarus had to say:

KQB: What games do you cast?

kang:  I like to cast teams in my division especially (or my friend RONSTER’s Hive Fives) but I’ll cast anything! Haven’t done any Tier 1 games yet though.

KQB: What inspired you to get into casting?

kang: I’ve co-casted for other people once or twice before (KG!) and thought it would be fun to set up a stream of my own and get to design how it was set up.

KQB: What games do you play?

kang: Different sorts of strategy games generally, but also others. I love Katamari Damacy and so should you.

KQB: What’s something about your casting style that makes your streams unique?

kang: I think I make pretty good use of KQB art! Also, I have some cute BetterTTV emotes that can be used in the chat.

KQB: What’s a favorite casting memory of yours?

kang: I like when people make fun little rhymes in chat to cheer someone on, that’s always fun.

KQB: When you aren’t gaming or casting you’re?

kang: Hanging out with a cat if one is in the house! Pre-pandemic I spent a lot of time taking the subway around the city but now I mostly hang out in group chats and take university classes.

KQB: What animal is your kindred spirit?

kang: Gotta go with housecat, we get along because we are similar.

KQB: Is there anything else we should know?

kang: My icon is not of a monster! He is Cheburashka, a character from a children’s show in Russia, and he is very kind 🙂

It’s awesome to have kanargus in the KQB casting community. Join the chat and share a rhyme some time!
