Meet Killer Queen Black Community Caster, AgentSnake

AgentSnake, part of GANG GANG GANG (formerly GoodGamesGang), aka The Gang, has been casting on and off for about four years now. AgentSnake started casting with Super Smash Brothers and now features a variety of shooter games along with KQB. You can find him co-casting with Jame?, PeanutPhobia, and Coombzy. AgentSnake is open to co-casting with others too, just ask!

We had a few more questions for AgentSnake to answer, here’s what he had to say:

KQB: What inspired you to get into casting?

AgentSnake: I fell in love with the League of Legends casters and wanted to try it myself. Also, community outreach has always been a great chance to make friends and socialize while gaming. The first time I cast was in a very small town for weekly Super Smash Bros. tournaments. I just wanted to get involved with the community but it ended up becoming something much better.

KQB: What games do you play?

AgentSnake: Killer Queen Black, Overwatch, Rainbow Six: Siege, Halo, Hunt: Showdown, Indie Titles, Flavor of the Month, etc.

KQB: What’s something about your casting style that makes your streams unique?

AgentSnake: I am both a color commentator and an analyst wrapped into one. I bring the hype and read the game quickly looking for exciting “events” to talk about. I try my best to emulate some of the best casting voices in esports from LoL, CSGO, Dota, and Overwatch. Also, for some reason, people like it when I get LOUD!

KQB: What’s a favorite casting memory of yours?

AgentSnake: When I was living far from home I started casting in community gaming tournaments in a small town. Our turnout was small but I still brought as much energy as I could and made even the meekest plays something to highlight in Youtube videos.

One day, a young boy walked up to me and asked for a hug. He said that he never felt like he was worth much and couldn’t make many friends, but when he heard me shouting over the crowd about his plays people started to ask him to hang around and play with them. He told me that the hype I brought to the tournaments made everyone in the community feel like they were the best players in the world even though it was just a small town. Although these kids were all much younger than me they all looked up to me and felt pride for their community when I showed up to yell and hype up the action. I later bawled my eyes out when I had to leave and they all individually said goodbye to me and thanks for believing in them.

KQB: When you aren’t gaming or casting you’re?

AgentSnake: At the movie theater or watching spooky movies.

KQB: What animal is your kindred spirit?

AgentSnake: Well…. probably a snake?

KQB: Is there anything else we should know?

AgentSnake: I wouldn’t have become a caster without the support of the community and The Gang. When they asked me to cast they didn’t know I was previously one and the surprise and love of the community has pushed me to take up my passion again. I couldn’t be more grateful.

We’re grateful for YOU! Thanks for the tear-jerker, AgentSnake. Gaming with friends and making them along the way is why we do what we do!
