Peanut, aka Peanutphobia, has been playing and streaming KQB since our launch. Having cast local Smash tournaments since around 2013, he was a natural at commentating for KQB and debuted in the competitive scene in January of 2020 with our first inclusion in the Indy Gaming League. Peanut typically casts with friends (GGG a lot) but is open to casting with just about anyone, hit him up!

We asked a few more questions, here’s what Peanut had to say:
KQB: What games do you cast?
Peanut: KQB, melee, monkey ball speedrun stuff very occasionally.
KQB: What inspired you to get into casting?
Peanut: Honestly, just trying to share my passions/cool games with other people and have some fun.
KQB: What games do you play?
Peanut: KQB of course, Rocket League, sports games (F1/nba2k), and some speedrun stuff (currently Hollow Knight).
KQB: What’s something about your casting style that makes your streams unique?
Peanut: I try to keep it relaxed and fun for the most part but will definitely get hype if something awesome happens. Mostly laid-back “couch style” commentary.
KQB: What’s a favorite casting memory of yours?
Peanut: IGL season 1 tier 2 finals was a hell of a set, some of my favorite moments happened during that set. Some really crazy close/back and forth maps.
KQB: When you aren’t gaming or casting you’re?
Peanut: Listenin’ to some funky jams and playing the piano. I also like to play a few sports but haven’t been able to recently 😦
KQB: What animal is your kindred spirit?
Peanut: I have no idea; someone once told me I have a lot of “dolphin energy” so I guess I’ll go with that, haha.
KQB: Is there anything else we should know?
Peanut: Every 21st night of September is Super Funky Ball.
Dolphin energy, we like that. Peanut’s ready to cast your match, just ask!
